The NFL does not have a Los Angeles franchise.
Why not build this brand new stadium in L.A., and call it the Super Bowl.Hold every Super Bowl championship in it.
Next,take one or two of each team's away games and have two different teams face off against each other each week of the season.
L.A. would (probably) come out in droves.
Sounds like a win~win.
