This could only happen in Ohio.In fact,only in my old stomping grounds.In Kent,Ohio,a man named Kevin Elger placed an 'Impeach Bush' sign on public property and was fined for posting 'an advertisement without a licence'.The judge threw the $150.00 ticket out(rightfully),but now,they are trying to get the man for littering!
Now I know why during the 2004 presidential election someone kept stealing my 'Elect Kerry' signs.They were just trying to clean up the place.
