OK,I've had it!This is too much for a poor Browns fan to take.Sure the Browns suck.Sure The Bengals and Steelers are two of the top teams in the league.Sure,The Browns aren't even being shown in high definition format on Tv,BUT THIS IS TOO MUCH!
Sure,us Browns fans bring it on ourselves,selling out,or nearly always selling out every game.Why give us championship teams when they make just as much $$$ off us with a losing team.Who's willing to give up season tickets,yet alone their seating licence,just for a down year or ten?OK,so the fans are more interested in the Stadium party like atmosphere then they are in winning the game anymore...dressing like dogs,and barking like idiots..just so they can be on the Jumbo-tron.So what if the stadium has to feel like they have to entertain the fans so much that I have counted-actually counted-the PA system piping in loud music for '3' seconds!Heavens forbid that there are three seconds for the fans to actually start a cheer or something.
And sure,the players don't have either the belief nor passion for either Cleveland or the rich history of The Browns history to make them play as if they not only can win,but are expected to win.
How are they to know that average fans like me bet time and time again for them over the hated Steelers.And I'm talking real bets,not pansy ass money bets.A couple years ago I bet a Steelers fan that the loser of the two teams first meeting would have to wear the winners hat-and no other hat but the winners hat- until they met again 'six weeks later'!I had to wear a Pittsburgh Steelers hat-and no other hat-for six whole weeks!SIX WHOLE WEEKS!
Sure the Steelers have the FIVE rings but it is better to lose with The Browns then win with The Steelers!Sure the Bengals have been to two Super Bowls,but the only time they have fans is when they are winning!
But ...this..this Sports Illustrated cover sickens me!Watch out Steelers...Look out Begals...You will get yons!

Saw last nights game. Yes, they won, but do ya think that front line could actaully give him some protection??!! How many times did Oakland get through? I don't know why I watched, they are just so frustrating. MY mom is ahuge fan though and since I was at her place I was a captive audience.
At least you got to see it.They did not show it here in Cinci-land
